Emi specialises in hand poking simple bold lines and saturated fills to create unique sticker style tattoos. Emi is influenced by ‘ignorant’ art, which celebrates a first instinct approach to drawing. They like to draw playful and elemental designs of plants, animals, symbols and other characters. Emi is inspired by misremembered 90’s and 00’s nostalgia; Microsoft Dingbats/Wingdings, pixel art, stickers, temporary tattoos and doodles found in Diary’s/DIY zines. They work mostly in black but also offer blue and red.
